Your well-being

Life is a balance between your needs  and the needs of others, the time you dedicate to each part of your wheel will directly affect how you feel and act, this  then will have an exponential outcome in either a positive or negative way.

Sometimes this may feel like a selfish act or self centered but to take the time you need and then interacting with your friends and family in a happy positive way is a necessity  not a luxury.

You can add whatever you want to your wheel and start dedicating more time to it be it more yoga or less tea time :), do  whatever makes you feel worthwhile, happy, excited or content and this is surely the way forward and im sure the people closest to you will thank you for it.
