Why we need to sauna!
It relaxes you, quite simply you are taking time away from your everyday worries in a calm relaxing space.
The feel of the steam and warmth soften the muscles and soothe those aches. If you sauna with others it becomes a social space for friendly chat and camaraderie.
We underestimate our need for social interaction and where better than a beautifully warm wood fired sauna. Sauna health benefits are numerous.
By relaxing the body and reducing our stress sauna usage greatly improves our cardiovascular health.

This study followed 2,300 sauna bathers for 20 years and found that the participants who visited the sauna more frequently (four to seven times a week) had significantly lower death rates from heart disease and stroke.”
There are also excellent benefits for less frequent usage.
The largest organ in your body is your skin. Sauna will detoxify and cleanse your skin by sweating out the bad stuff. The heat will also improve blood flow to the skin creating a healthier complexion ( no need for expensive moisturisers here )
So you cant sleep?
